Visit and see a real quantum computer
Please join us for a casual luncheon with Prof. Kathryn Moler, Vice Provost and Dean of Research and Professor of Applied Physics & Physics.
Quantum Technologies: Current Approaches & Future Prospects
Industry Lunch with QCWare's CEO and Head of Chemistry Simulations
Attend this talk on quantum computing
Join us for a free lunch and discussion about the current era of quantum computing.
Join Prof. Vedika Khemani and other students over lunch in an intimate session to learn about quantum information science and how you can do research in it. SQCA will provide lunch to the attendees. Let us know your dietary restrictions when you register!
Join us for a free dinner with a couple of engineers from the Google Quantum Team, including the speaker of the Google Quantum Supremacy Talk we hosted in November. Space is very limited. Please register to be considered for the event. Final participants will be selected and notified Thursday evening (December 12 2019). This event is for Stanford students and faculty only.
An engineer from the quantum hardware team will talk about Google’s quantum supremacy experiment.
The SQCA is hosting Microsoft Senior Quantum Software Engineer Christopher Granade in a workshop on the Q# quantum computing development tool. There will be several levels of depth, including introduction to the tool all the way to implementing code to solve small but sophisticated problems. So join us no matter your level of background, as there will be something to learn for everyone. Some minimal programming experience is assumed. No quantum physics background necessary. Dinner will be provided.
Date and time: Aug. 2nd, 2019 at 4:30pm
